Ashdown House Upper LambournThe house  is located near Upper Lambourn on the B4000. Dutch-style 17th Century house, perched on the Berkshire Downs. Buscot Park

View through Arch at Buscot ParkSituated north-west of Faringdon near Buscot village. An  18th Century neo-classical house set in parkland the house contains the fine paintings and furniture of the Faringdon Collection Trust. There is a licensed tea room and picnic area. Disabled parking in main car park. The building has 14 steps to entrance. For safety reasons, due to the width of the corridors, there is no wheeled vehicle access. Stairs with handrail to other floors. WCs: Adapted WC adjacent to car park. Grounds: Partly accessible. Map of accesible route. Due to steep gradients, gravel paths and distances, grounds are more suitable for PMVs. The garden also has terraces with steps. Single-seater PMVs, booking essential. Refreshments: Ramped entrance. Kelmscott Manor

Kingston Bagpuize House and Gardens

Kingston Bagpuize HouseKingston Bagpuize House is the family home of Virginia Grant and her children Elizabeth and Alexander. Built in the 1660’s the House was refashioned in the1720’s for the Blandy family.  The rooms are panelled and there is an impressive cantilevered staircase. Set in mature parkland the gardens were mainly planted between 1939 and 1976 and more recently restored and extended allowing visitors to enjoy an unusual and interesting collection of trees, shrubs, perennials and bulbs. New for 2011 is the opening of The Mattock Rose Garden which when completed will tell the story of how roses came to Europe along the Silk Road. Nr. Abingdon,Oxfordshire, OX13 5AX

Milton Manor House

Situated in the village of Milton, south of Abingdon. King George III's lace maker, Bryant Barrett, and the architect, Stephen Wright created this beautiful 18th Century gentleman's residence in 1680 from a small 17th Century country manor.

Priory Cottages at Steventon

Former monastic buildings, now converted into town houses. The south cottage contains the Great Hall of the original Priory.
